Credit Card Conversion

Welcome Members Choice CU credit card members!

Further down the page, you’ll find a timeline of important dates in the course of this conversion that will impact your card usage, online access to your account, and new rewards program information. All of your terms and conditions will remain the same. Your interest rate, payment due date, minimum payment, and any associated fees will not change.

As a part of this switch, you’ll gain the following beneficial features:

  • Real-time balance information

  • Card history and payments via the Members Choice CU mobile app, allow you to get real-time alerts and transaction notifications, plus other valuable tools.

  • Cash Back Rewards Program

  • Access to your account history on the go

  • Autopay or payroll deduction for payments

Important Dates

January 18 – New credit cards with new numbers will be mailed.
January 22 – Last day to access your current card number, EZcardinfo account online; your card will stop working at midnight.
January 23 – ACTIVATE your new card and begin using it!
January 23 – Access your new credit card account via Members Choice CU’s Online Banking platform.
February 1 – Cash Back rewards program begins.

Reminders (Possible ACTION required)

Please check on any recurring charges, such as gym memberships, Amazon/Hulu/Netflix subscriptions, prescriptions, utilities, cell phone bills, etc. You will need to provide these merchants with your new card #, expiration date, and CVV code to avoid service disruption.

Cash Back Rewards

Roll with the changes and start earning 0.5% cash back on all qualified purchases*! The Cash Back Rewards will be accumulated monthly and automatically post to your savings account the first of each month following the previous statement.

*You will automatically earn 0.5% cash back on net purchases (purchases less any credits, returns, and adjustments). Cash advances, balance transfers, and checks used to access your account are not considered purchases and will not earn rewards. Rewards are forfeited on past due or delinquent accounts.Forfeited rewards can not be redeemed once the account is current.

Please note auto payments set up through EZ Card Info will no longer be active.

If you pay your credit card using Bill Pay, update the payment information with the new address and new account number.

Online Access

EZ Card Info will no longer be accessible as of Friday, January 22, 2021, at 11:59 pm.  Members Choice CU online banking or mobile App is what members will use to view your card information, transactions, statements, and more.  You will need to register for Online Banking if you are not a currently active user.

How to utilize home banking and mobile banking

Mobile Banking

  1. Visit your App store and search Members Choice Credit Union or MCCU.

  2. Download the App with our upside-down triangle.

  3. Log in with your username and password you set up with Home Banking.

Home Banking

  1. Visit www.mccu.net

  2. Locate the login button

  3. Enter the following: Username: Member ID # | Password: Last 4 of SS #

  4. Create a password:Old password=Last 4 of SS #

COVID-19 OPERATIONAL UPDATE

A Message for Our Members

Members Choice CU cares about the wealth, health, and safety of our members and our employees. As concerns around the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) continue to grow, Members Choice CU will be taking the necessary steps to prevent its spread. We are always in discussions with financial and health organizations at all levels.

In response to developments on the COVID-19, Members Choice CU strongly encourages any member to call before visiting the office. Most transactions or loan applications can be initiated over the phone. The use of 24/7 eServices helps us reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Per the Governor of Kentucky Orders, a mask must be worn inside all Members Choice CU facilities.
