How do I sign up for Personal Branch?
A.
You can pick up a form from any of our tellers
or go to our website and print the form. Once
we have your signed form, we can set up your account
to be accessed on line.
Q.
How soon can I access my account on line?
A.
Your account will be accessible within 24 hours
of signing up.
Q.
Can I change my User ID?
A.
No. Your ID is permanently set up as your account
number.
Q.
What is my password?
A.
The first time you log in to Personal Branch,
your password is your birth date (ie. jan. 1,
1980 = 01011980). You will be asked to
change your password immediately to another 8
alphanumeric character password.
Q.
What if I forget my password?
A.
The system will lock you out after 3 unsuccessful
attempts to key in your password. You should then
contact Members Choice Credit Union and a teller
can reset the password for you.
Q.
Can I change my password?
A.
Once you are logged in, you may change your password.
It must be 8 characters long.
